Shipping Information

Processing Time

Your order will be shipped within approximately 1 week from the date of purchase.

Shipping Fee

For international orders: Shipping fees are included in the total price.

Important Notice Regarding Customs Duties and Taxes (VAT, etc.)

For orders shipped outside of Japan, Japanese consumption tax is exempted. However, your order may be subject to import duties, value added taxes (VAT), or other charges and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country/region. 

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (the importer). They will be collected from you directly by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery。

To US Customers:
Due to the termination of the De Minimis Rule, all shipments entering the United States will be subject to import duties starting from August 29 at 12:01 AM (EDT).
Please note that the actual amount of duties will vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier.
For details, we recommend checking with the carrier (e.g., DHL) or a customs broker.

For international orders:
The total amount shown at checkout does not include duties, which may be charged separately upon delivery.
